Our designs are created in-house at Lanterngrove Paper Co. Production takes place through trusted manufacturing partners who prioritize quality craftsmanship, ethical processes, and consistency in materials.
Do you restock limited-edition items?
Most drops are limited and may not return once sold out. Occasionally, community-favorite designs make their way back as seasonal or anniversary editions.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons, special launches, or holidays, processing time may extend slightly.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery varies by location.

Will I receive tracking information?

What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
We’re so sorry that happened. Please email us photos at contact@lanterngrovepaper.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily replace or refund the item.
I haven’t received my confirmation email—what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, reach out to us and we’ll resend it.
My tracking shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.
Sometimes carriers scan items early or accidentally deliver to neighboring addresses.
